Nedergaard was a dairy-farm until 2000,
where a live-stock of beef cattle was founded. Today the live-stock consists exclusively of Angus-cattle. There are 60 cows, 86 heifers and 135 males. Approximately 100 beef-cattle calves are purcharsed yearly and approximately 150 calves are produced yearly.
All cattle are slaughtered at Danish Crown and the Angus-cattle are sold to Friland. At slaughtering the cattle weighs
5-600 kilos (1100-1320 lbs). The goal of breeding is cattle with a high index and good utility qualities. The average index of the live-stock is 116.
